On Sunday, March 19, 2023, Willie Ray Cobb Sr. departed this earthly life. Family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of Mr.Cobb on Saturday, April 1, from 2-4pm at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home- Waldorf, 7 Industrial Park Drive, Waldorf, MD 20602. Interment will be held at Contoe Burial in Tarboro, North Carolina at a later date.
