Quietly and peacefully on June 24, 2013, William Henry Brooks departed this earthly life at Doctors Community Hospital. Family and friends will unite on Saturday, June 29, 2013 at Purity Penetecostal Deliverance Center Ministries 3400 18th Street NE Washington, DC from 10:00 AM until time of service 11:00 AM. Interment will be held at Oakwood Cemetery Richmond, VA at a later date.
