On Wednesday, April 19, 2017, Billy passed away at the Prince George’s Hospital Center in Cheverly, MD.Friends may unite with the family on Thursday, April 27, from 10 am until time of service 11 am at New Life Church at The Dome located at 9690 Shepherds Creek Place in La Plata, MD 20646. The interment will be private.
To family he was known as “Big Billy.” I will always remember his smile, laughter, and all the fun he, my parents, aunts, uncles and other relatives use to have together. No matter where the Mitchells gathered, Whiteville, NC, the DMV, etc., he was a lot of fun.
