William Dennis Proctor, 66, of Columbia, MD, transitioned from this life into eternal rest on June 8, 2023. Family and friends will unite on Saturday, June 17, 2023 for visitation at 9:00 am until time of service, 11:00 am, at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home- Waldorf, 7 Industrial Park Drive, Waldorf, MD 20602.
Interment will follow the service at St.Peter’s Cemetery in Waldorf, MD.
