Vivian D. Ramsey, 72, of District Heights, MD, transitioned from this life into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 16, 2023.
Family and friends will unite on Friday, May 26, 2023 for visitation at 10:00 am until time of service, 11:00 am, at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home- Waldorf, 7 Industrial Park Drive, Waldorf, MD 20602. Interment will follow the service at Heritage Cemetery in Waldorf, MD.
