Vernon W. Green departed this earthly life on Thursday, May 14, 2015. He is survived by his loving children, Narkia (Wilmore III) Ritchie, Jadira Green, and Joshua Green; one grandchild; one sister, Julia Green Hunter and a host of other relatives. Family and friends will unite on Friday, May 22, 2015 from 1:00pm until time of service at 2:00pm at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 2294 Old Washington Rd., Waldorf, MD. Interment will follow at Heritage Cemetery.
