Peacfully on Wednesday, June 5, 2013, Theresa Dobson also known as “Cowboy Kelly” departed this earthly life at Southern Maryland Hospital. Ms. Dobson loved listening to her “Country” music and was always known to be a proud, lovely, and very classy woman. Memorial Services will be Private.
