Service will be on Saturday, September 8, 2012 from 12 noon – 1:00 pm at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home Chapel. Inurnment will be Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 10:00 am at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 11301 Crain Highway, Cheltenham, MD

Frank and I (Candy) have know “Black” for 20+ years…Black was like a brother to us. We love him dearly and he will be missed. Our condolences and prayers go to his mom, sisters and other family. We love you Black…you will NEVER be forgotten…RIP until we see each other again. The Montalvo Family.
