On Sunday, October 25, 2015, Sherman M. Carter, Jr., peacefully passed away. Friends may unite with the family on Friday, October 30, from 2 pm until time of service 3 pm at BRISCOE-TONIC FUNERAL HOME 2294 Old Washington Road in Waldorf, MD. Interment will be private.
