SANDRA ANN HARRINGTON Peacefully on Friday, December 14, 2012, Sandra Ann Harrington of Washington, DC, went home to be with the Lord. Devoted mother to Phillip (Trennedy) Harrington; godmother of Kelvin (Devon) Mitchell, Norris (Lynn) Mitchell, Franco Rollins, and Dennis Herring and Tanya L. Thompson; loving sister of Penny (George) Johnson, James D. (Phyllis), Lonnie, Sharon L., Kevin, Pamela, Robin M., Tyrone (Connie), Cynthia, Shawn and the late Karen and Geraldine Wright. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Cha’yin Hayes and Love Osborne; and a host of other relatives.
