Sam Oliver Williams Jr., of Waldorf, MD departed this earthly life on Thursday, August 18, 2023.
Family and friends will gather for a service on Thursday, August 31, 2023, visitation will begin at 10:00am and continue until time of service, 11:00am, at Calvary Gospel Church, 11150 Berry Rd, Waldorf, MD, 20603.
Interment will follow the service at Heritage Memorial Cemetery in Waldorf, MD.
I had the pleasure of working working with Sam 10 or so years ago. Sam took me under his wing and gave me the lay of the land so to speak. I gave me advice that I still carry with me today. Sam had the ability to to pick you up on a bad day, take your mind off things and and even offer perspective. He is a person that I have often ask about since our days of being co workers came to an end.
So I would like to offer my condolences to his friends and family, may god comfort you all in this difficult time and all the days that have yet to come. Sam certainly made an impact on my life and he will forever be missed
