Rosetta Muse, 70 of Ft. Washington, MD, passed away on February 8, 2017. Family and friends will unite on Thursday, February 16, 2017 for visitation at 10 am until time of service at 11 am at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 6634 St. Barnabas Road, Oxon Hill, MD 20745.
