Reverend RICHARD M. RICE Pastor Emeritus Went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 17, 2013. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Elizabeth “Betty” Johnson Rice; two devoted sons, Marcus Earbie (Tonya) and Richard Kevin (Zeny) Rice; four grandchildren, Jessica, Jennifer, Tres and Mia and a host of other relatives and friends. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, November 23 from 9 a.m. until time of home going celebration at 11 a.m. at Liberty Baptist Church, 527 Kentucky Ave., SE, Washington, DC 20003.
