On Friday, April 28, 2023, Preston Lee Carroll departed this earthly life. Family and friends will gather for visitation on Wednesday May 24, 2023, at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 7 Industrial Park Drive, Waldorf, MD, at 11:00am, until time of service, 12:00pm. Interment will be following the service at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham, MD.
