It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Philip Harvey Sapp, age 67 of Waldorf MD, who passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023. Phil was born February 4, 1956 to Marion Sapp Oyster and Harvey Benjamin Sapp. He loved his classic car hobby, his loving cat, Keegan, and spending time with his friends.
Phil is survived by many dear friends and will be deeply missed.
Visitation will be on Monday, September 25, 2023 at 10:00am until hour of service, 11:00am, at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 7 Industrial Park Drive, Waldorf, MD 20602.
