
To Know Her Is To Love Her”. Patricia Ann Garrett was born on October 29, 1960 to Wesley Wilson Garrett Sr, and Ollie Mae at Fort Clayton, Panama Canal Zone. She was educated in the DC Public School system; attending Whittier Elementary, Paul Junior and Coolidge Senior High Schools. Patricia attended Howard University before pursuing a career in Medical Billing and Accounting. Patricia loved the arts; playing the violin and creating beautiful works of art. She was an avid reader with a special gift for drawing and painting. You could find Patricia attending the area theatres, concerts and community events. Patricia leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother, Ollie Mae Garrett. She is the beloved sister of Mamye Smith (Douglas), Wesley Jr., Betty Hill, Ava Johnson (Tyrone), and Charles Garrett. She took great interest in her nephews, Tyrone II and Avary Johnson, Stephen Hill Jr., her great niece Carlita Garrett and a special Aunt, Pam Gaynor of Rochester New York and a host of other relatives and friends.
