OSCAR MARTIN HARVEY (Age 83) U.S. ARMY, SFC (Ret.) Departed this life on April 24, 2012 in Cheverly, MD. Loving husband of Helen Harvey. He leaves to cherish his memory children Tiffany (Calvin) Jacob and Julia Moore; four grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be held on Thursday, May 3, from 9 a.m. until time of Service 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Highland Park, 6801 Sheriff Rd., Landover, MD. 20785. Interment Arlington National Cemetery on May 9 at 9:30 a.m. Services by Briscoe Tonic Funeral Home.
