MICHAEL C. OSBORN On Tuesday, November 24, 2015, Michael C. Osborn, passed away peacefully at Georgetown University Hospital. Michael is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly Wenger Osborn; stepson, Brayden Fong; devoted mother, Elizabeth Cappello and dear brother John Osborn; stepbrothers, Danny DiVittorio and Ryan Garlick. He was preceded in death by his father, Norbert Osborn. He is also survived by a host of other relatives.Friends may unite with the family on Tuesday, December 1 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the BRISCOE-TONIC FUNERAL HOME, 2294 Old Washington Road, Waldorf, MD.
