Mark Anthony Ragsdale departed this earthly life on April 28, 2023. He was born on July 11, 1968, in Washington, DC. Mark played Little League baseball for several years, he always had a great sense of humor and was very much a fun-loving person. He graduated from Lake Braddock High School in Burke VA in 1986. He is survived by his Mother, Sandra Ragsdale Chapman, a sister, Martine Stephens; a niece, Alexis Collins; Stepfather, Jimi Chapman; 4 step siblings; and a host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal Grandmother, Annie P. Ford. A private service will be attended by his immediate family.
