Margaret Briscoe – Hebb, 75 of Washington, DC died on Monday, November 22, 2010; She retired from the Internal Revenue Service. Surviving are her children, Thomas “Petie” Hebb Paula Hebb, Deborah Hebb, Charles “Brian” Hebb and Kevin Hebb; brothers, Francis “Ting” Briscoe, John X Briscoe, Hezekiah Briscoe, John F. Briscoe, III, James Briscoe and Charles “Butch” Briscoe; sister, Mary Briscoe; 9 grand children; 17 great grand children. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM until time of service 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 27, 2010, at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 2294 Old Washington Rd, Waldorf, Maryland. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Bushwood, MD.

Please accept my sympathy for your loss – I am sure you will miss Margaret very much. During times like these, I take comfort from the Bible’s promise of a paradise earth where there will be no more sickness, sorrow or death (Revelation 21:3, 4) and the promise of a resurrection that Jesus promised at John 5:28, 29. I hope these scriptures offer you a measure of comfort as well.
