Margaret B. Penn peacefully transitioned to be with the Lord on Monday, July 4, 2016. Family and friends will gather for a visitation on Wednesday, July 13, from 10 a.m. until mass of Christian Burial at 11a.m. at Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 11704 Duley Station Road, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772. Interment will follow at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, Maryland.
