On Sunday, April 16, 2023, Luveina Carroll departed this earthly life. Family and friends will gather for visitation on Tuesday, April 25, at 10:30am, until time of service, 11:00am at St. Judah Spiritual Baptist Church, 43 Anacostia Rd NE, Washington, DC 20019. Interment will take place at the Daughtry Family Cemetery, Jarratt, VA.
