Lucille Knox, 83, of Washington, DC, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 7, 2012 at Howard University Hospital. She is survived by a godson, Darrin Herald; two dear friends, Betty Spriggs and Gwendolyn Faulkner; a nephew, Harold Knox; her Friendship Baptist Church Family and the neighbors of the River Terrace Community. Family and friends will gather on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. for a graveside service at Fort Lincoln Cemetery, 3401 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, Maryland.
