
On Thursday, August 24, 2023 Lamont S. Hoyer of Waldorf, MD transitioned from this life into eternal rest.
Family and friends will unite on Thursday, September 14, 2023 for visitation at 10:00 am until time of service, 11:00 am, at Life Point Church, . Interment will follow the service at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham, MD.

I have only know Lamont personally since this past March as his personal trainer, but we had great conversations about fitness, sports, family and life. He was a great man to be around and will be missed. My heart goes out to his wife and son.

Lamont and I had the same trainers at LA Fitness. My sessions followed his, and he would always greet me with a word of encouragement as he walked away drenched in sweat! 🙂 I am so very sorry for your loss. I am praying that God surrounds you with love, peace, and good memories.
