KEVIN EMMANUEL PALMER Passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2015. He was the fourth child of the late Verna and Wesley Palmer. He is survived by his three sons, Kevin, Jr., Kent and Kelly; siblings, Wesley, Monica, Brian (Phyllis), Phillip (Countereno) and Pamela Palmer, Tara Palmer-Johns and Tyese (Chenier) Hartwell; and a host of other relatives. He was preceded in death by his brother, Aaron.
