Kevin Albert Carter, 55 of Fort Washington, MD, entered into eternal rest on December 14, 2020. On Sunday, December 27, 2020 visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 2294 Old Washington Rd., Waldorf, MD.On Monday, December 28, 2020, visitation will begin at 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am at Ebenezer AME Church, 7707 Allentown Rd., Fort Washington, MD 20744. Interment to follow at Heritage Memorial Cemetery, 13472 Poplar Hill Rd, Waldorf, MD 20601.
