On Sunday, December 27, 2020 visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 2294 Old Washington Rd., Waldorf, MD.On Monday, December 28, 2020, visitation will begin at 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am at Ebenezer AME Church, 7707 Allentown Rd., Fort Washington, MD 20744. Interment to follow at Heritage Memorial Cemetery, 13472 Poplar Hill Rd, Waldorf, MD 20601.

K.C. was an exceptional gentleman, great friend and most of all……A MAN of GOD! My friendship with him began 10 years ago. We played golf, worked closely on projects within Ebenezer AME and enjoyed many moments sharing life experiences! Renee, Sasha…..you were more than life to him and his lifestyle reflected it! as first cousin of Virginia Carter I am very saddened to hear of his untimely passing. I introduced Kevin’s Father and Mother together as they both took classes at the same college but were totally unaware of one another. Kevin’s Father and I were roommates at SC State college in Orangeburg . We Pray for the Family during this extremely difficult time

Officer Carter was the best “DARE” officer for our 6th Grade classes at Morningside Elementary School. I am truly shocked to hear of his passing! Sending up prayers for his family!
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Kevin, nicknamed the “Voice.” I served with him on the Prince George’s County MD, Police Department for many years. He was on my squad at the Bowie Station in the early 1990’s. He was a compassionate and gentle soul! May Kevin’s family and friends be comforted during this time.
