KENNETH ALLEN On Sunday, February 17,Kenneth Allen, went home to be with the Lord. He is survived by his loving wife Lessie Allen, devoted daughters, Valerie Barnes and Kendra Webster, siblings, Jimmie, Heber and Debra Allen, Yvonne Jones and Cathy Boykins. He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and other relatives and friends. Friends may unite with the family on Friday, February 22, from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service 12 noon at BRISCOE-TONIC FUNERAL HOME, 2294 Old Washington Rd, Waldorf, MD 20601. Interment March 6, 2 p.m. at Maryland Veterans Cemetery.
