Peacefully on Saturday, October 20, 2012, Kenneth B. Russ, went home to be with the Lord. Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, October 23, from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home 2294 Old Washington Road in Waldorf, MD 20601. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 27 at 11 am at Mount Pleasant CME Church 4242 Old Highway South in Kilgore, TX.
