On Wednesday, April 19, 2017, John Thompson, Sr. of Capitol Heights, passed away at the Southern Maryland Hospital Center in Clinton, MD. Friends may unite with the family on Monday, May 1, 2017 from 10 am until Mass of Christian Burial 11 am at St. Mary’s Assumption Church located at 14908 Main Street in Upper Marlboro, MD 20772. Interment will follow at Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham, MD.
