Peacefully at her home in Springdale, MD, on July 15, 2013 Joan Tate depearted this earthly life. Family and friends will unite on Saturday, July 20, 2013 from 12:00pm until time of service 1:00pm at New Monrovia Baptist Church 121 New Monrovia Road Colonial Beach, VA 22443. Interment will follow service at Johnson Family Cemetery.
