On Saturday, October 22, 2011 Jerry Wayne Wilkey went home to be with Lord. Family and friends will unite on Friday, October 28, from 8:45 am until time of service 9 am at Faith Tabernacle of Prayer 2465 Alabama Avenue, SE Washington, DC. Interment will follow after the service at Maryland Veterans Cemetery.
Jerry always had a smile and a “good morning” for everyone he came in contact with. He will be greatly missed by the staff on 2cSouth.
Norman, Napoleon, and I are so sorry for your loss, and pray that you have a speeding healing of the heart.

Jerry was a great friend to our clinic at the VA Hospital and was our sunshine on a cloudy day. He touched our lives, inspired us, and we won’t ever be the same.
