Jane Idola Dotson, 83, of Mechanicsville, MD, passed away on February 22, 2017. She was born on July 2, 1933 to the late Ernest Dotson and Elnora Barnes. Jane is survived by her children: Martina Dotson-Brown (Rick); Idola Scimeca; Debra Dotson; Mary Dotson; William Dotson; Gale Dotson; Robert Dotson; 18 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Visitation on Thursday, March 2, 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, Mechanicsville, MD. Interment at Charles Memorial Gardens, Leonardtown, MD.
