James Baxter, III departed this earthly life on Wednesday, December 24, 2014. He is survived by wife, Perita Baxter; son, Durell (Michelle) Baxter; brother Darryl (Emma) Baxter; three grandchildren, Dante’, Devon and Morgan; sister-in-law, Tonora Littlejohn and a host of other relatives. Family and friends will unite on Saturday, January 3, 2015 fro 10:00am until time of service 11:00 am at Brown Memorial AME Church, 14th St & Constitution Ave NE. Interment is private.
