The last time we spoke it was if no time had past. We were the same silly kids that use to run and play out in the field in the summer. Needless to say we grew up but that bond we had was still there. Today my heart hurts and I wish that time could have stood still so we could still be there laughing and joking. I know that God had a bigger plan for you and that now your new journey begins. I feel I have a guardian angel looking out for me and I know that you are at peace. Luv and miss u always!!

  3. Kristi Gross says:

I have known Jamie (James) for 17 years as his sister Patrice is one of my closest friends. Jamie was the light of Patrice’s life. She adored everything about Jamie and treated him like she was his second mother. They made each other laugh as they both were born with a great sense of humor. The Fenwick-Baucum family is so close, but the bond they all had with Jamie seemed even more special. Jamie was a kind, fun-loving, gentle and impactful man who loved life and made the most of it each and every day. His spark for life and positive impact on this world will be greatly missed and never forgotten. From the beginning to the end, his family has rallied around him, and I pray that God will rally around them to bring comfort to this very special, loving, and close family. We love you Patrice, Davon, Jamie and the whole family and are so deeply sorry for your loss. Love, Kristi and Akiea Gross
