James E. Armstrong “Dingum” departed this earthly life on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at St. Mary’s Hospital. Family and friends will unite Friday, December 9, 2011 at Holy Angels Catholic Church 21340 Colton Point Road Avenue, MD 20609 from 10am until time of service 11am.
