Peacefully on Thursday, February 16, 2017 James B. Franklin, Jr. passed away in District of Columbia. Family and friends will unite on Friday, March 3, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. at Tree of Life Christian Ministries, 9109 Piscataway Rd, Clinton, MD 20735. Interment will follow at Cheltenham Cemetery in Cheltenham, MD.
