On Friday, November 4, 2016, Jacqueline P. Harley Brown Gray (Jackie) transitioned after a long illness. Jackie was born on May 28, 1943 in Washington, DC to the late William Shirley Harley and Iretha Alice Harley. Jackie was a native Washingtonian and devoted mother and friend to many. She is survived by her loving children; Desmond Brown, Donald Brown, Ronald Brown, Felicia Benn, Sean Brown and Tameika Gray; one sister Joan Jones and one brother Ronald “Willie” Harley. She is also survived by 18 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday November 12, 2016 from 9:00am until time of service 11:00am at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home Mechanicsville 38576 Brett Way, Mechanicsville, MD 20659. Interment will follow at National Harmony Memorial Park.
