Jacarrian Matthew Douglas, (infant), went Home to be with the Angels on June 22, 2013. Jacarrian was born on June 22, 2013 to Blair Spicer and Calvin Douglas. Service will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2013 from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 38576 Brett Way, Mechanicsville, MD. Reverend Leroy Boldley, St. Luke’s Methodist Church, will be officiating. Interment will be private.
