Howard Francis Toomey, Jr., 70 of Waldorf, MD., passed away on May 8, 2013. Howard served in the United States Marine Corp. from July 1961 – August 1967. In 1969, Howard went to work for the Central Intelligence Agency “CIA” as an Analyst until he retired in October 1995. Services were private.
