HAZEL E. SAVOY Peacefully on Friday, October 11, 2013, Hazel Savoy was called home. Beloved wife of the late John “JE” Savoy, Sr.; loving mother of James David and Wayne A. Savoy, Maria Dawson, Jewell (Lee) Campbell and the late Beverly Butler and John, Jr. She is also survived by son-in-law Phillip Butler and a host of grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
