Peacefully on Sunday, November 17, 2013 Hal Washington departed this earthly life at National Military Medical Center. Family and friends will unite on Monday, November 25, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Ennon Baptist Church 9832 Piscataway Road, Clinton, MD. Interment will follow at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD.
