Gloria was the nicest person you ever wanted to meet. My sister introduced us back in the day when we all rode the bus downtown in the mornings for work. She always had a story to tell me about her kids, and I would share my story about my family. We would read share book titles of books we were reading on the bus. I am so sorry that I did not get a chance to see her. My condolences to her family, she was so proud of each and everyone of you. RIP My Sister!

My deepest condolences to Gloria’s family. She was just a wonderful person and so helpful to all of us on the interagency trade teams. No matter what happened, Gloria kept track of all of us and made sure we were included in all of the decision-making processes. Grace and humor. Always a smile. She was the best.
Although I did not know Gloria, I just wanted to tell family and friends how sorry I am for their loss, please accept my deepest sympathy. Please know that your family will be in my prayers 2nd Corinthians 1:3 4.
Gloria’s contribution to trade policy is unparalleled as she coordinated the views of over 20 Cabinet agencies for more than a decade. Her contribution to those of us who had the honor to know and work with her was even greater. She understood our legitimate needs, forgave our foibles and offered us her wise counsel and humor.
Our condolences to her family, of whom she was very proud.

In getting to know Gloria, she was s compassionate and hardworking person who always went out of her way for everyone when needed. She loved her husband for the past 50 plus years and she was very proud of her children Kendra and Tony. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and how much love she shared with everyone. This is not goodbye, You are at Peace with God!
My cousin, you will be dearly missed. Words can not express how much you will be missed. You are in the hands of Father God. Rest in peace, my cousin. Now you can rest in peace.
Sending my deepest condolences love you nana I will miss you dearly R.I.P.
Gloria was my trusty right hand at the busiest time in my career at USTR. For several years when Industrial Trade was the hub of our trade negotiations and at the same time handled one half of all USTR correspondence, she kept our unit running smoothly and effectively. She was the complete secretary — a great typist, superb organizer — and so much more. She was unfailingly friendly, cool headed, and resourceful. She was utterly dependable and discreet. She worked hard and sought opportunities to advance. She was devoted to, and immensely proud of, her children. She was kind, gentle and modest. She had it all. Rest in peace, Gloria.
Rest in peace Sweet Gloria Blue. Your kindness, terrific sense of humor and hearty laugh (which I can still hear) brought such joy to all of us at USTR. My prayers are with your family as they navigate this very difficult and sad time.
May you all find Peace. I send my prayers and love to you all especially her children that was her constant love and path. 🙂 a former coworker

Family gatherings down in the country (VA) will never be the same without the joy and laughter that was ever present when Aunt Gloria hit the scene. No matter what was going on or how you were feeling she had a way of always making you laugh. She is loved and will truly be missed by all! Please know your family here in GA love you and are keeping you all lifted in prayer. Earth has no sorrow that heaven can not heal! May God continue to comfort you and keep you in his care. Love you much!
