Peacefully on Sunday, October 26, 2014 Garland F. Lively departed this earthly life. Family and friends will unite on Saturday, November 1, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service 11:00 a.m. at Liberty Baptist Church 527 Kentucky Ave. SE Washington, DC 20003. Interment will follow at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.
