Peacefully on Thursday, August 11, 2016, Frank L. Goodwin, Sr. departed this earthly life at Providence Hospital. Family and friends will unite on Thursday, August 18, 2016 from 10:00 am until time of service 11:00 am at City of Praise Family Ministries 8501 Jericho City Drive, Landover, MD 20785. Interment will follow at Washington National Cemetery Suitland, MD.
