Frances Ruth Melvin Norman, 74, of Waldorf, MD departed this earthly life on Monday, June 26, 2023.
Family and friends will gather for visitation on Friday, July 7, at 10:00am, until time of service, 11:00am at First Rock Baptist Church, 4630 Alabama Ave SE, Washington, DC 20019. Interment will follow the service at Heritage Memorial Cemetery in Waldorf, MD.
