Dear Family of Ms. Van Carter:
On behalf of AARP Chapter #4870 (Anacostia/Bellevue/Congress Heights) of which Ms. Carter was a member, please accept our sincere sympathy and
shock to learn that she has passed.
She will be greatly missed at the Chapter’s monthly meetings. To the family, when you lose someone very precious, no one else can really know all that you feel… But, please know that many caring thoughts are with you during this time of sorrow.
Sincerely,

To the Carter Family, please accept my deepest condolences on the loss of the matriarch, and core source of love in your lives. I pray that you are comforted by treasured memories and the knowledge that she suffers no more, and is now in the loving hands of the Lord. May God continue to bless, strengthen and keep you, and ease your burdens as these days pass.
