Peacefully on Wednesday, July 30, 2014, Evangeline went Home to be with the Lord. She is survived by three loving children Pernell Carter, Sabrina Carter and Katrina (Anthony) Barnes; siblings, Ruth and Hezekiah “Uncle Bo” Carter; four grandchildren, Emmanuel and Brittany Carter, Aaron and Haniah Barnes and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation on Wednesday, August 6 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at Tree of Life Christian Ministry, 9109 Piscataway Rd., Clinton, MD. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
