Peacefully on Saturday, June 23, 2018 Enid S. Swannee departed this earthly life in Randallstown, MD. Family and friends will unite on June 29, 2018 from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at 11:30 a.m. at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 2294 Old Washington Road, Waldorf, MD 20601. Interment will follow at Heritage Cemetery in Waldorf, MD.
So sorry to hear that this lovely lady had passed, and even sorrier that I lost touch with her when she left HUCM. For many years, Mrs. Swannee was the backbone of the College of Medicine’s Dean’s Letter Program. An impossible act to follow. My belated condolences to the family. She often said to me, when things were getting on her nerves just a bit too much, "One of these days, Dr. Cannon, I’m just going to pick up my pocketbook and go home". And one day, that’s just what she did. And now she is really home. Wonderful colleague and friend. Love to the family.
