Peacefully on Sunday, December 29, 2013 Elaine Vincent departed this earthly life. Family and friends will unite on Saturday, January 4, 2013 from 9:30 a.m. until time of service 11:00 a.m. at Johnson Memorial Baptist Church 800 Ridge Road SE Washington, DC 20019. Interment will follow at Ft. Lincoln Cemetery.
