EDNA MAE BLACKWELL WALLER Peacefully passed away on Monday, February 23, 2015. Loving mother of Arthur (Saundra) Blackwell, Eva Braxton, Deborah (Anthony) Shaw, Michael, Gerald, Bruce (Teresita), Carlton, William (Angela) and the late Gregory Blackwell.
